Overview
Part-time appointment
nursing position in a high-risk Perinatology clinic. The nurse will perform autonomous nursing care, assess and provide nursing actions based on competence, professional expertise, and knowledge, and practice in accordance with ANA Standards of Practice and Professional Performance. Independent judgment is exercised within interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary patient care approaches. All performance expectations are at the PRACTITIONER level.

Responsibilities
Floor/triage nurse in a high-risk Perinatology clinic
Triage calls and perform floor nurse duties
Administer medications and injections; order supplies/medication
Cross coverage for antenatal testing
Oversee Medical Assistant staff
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
RN License issued by the State of California
BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to obtain BART within six (6) months
Minimum of two (2) years of recent Labor and Delivery and/or Antenatal Testing RN experience
Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification (AWHONN) or must obtain Advanced certification within three (3) months of hire
Limited OB Ultrasound Certification at hire or obtain within six (6) months of hire
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
BSN preferred
Special Conditions
Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs
Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical
Pay Transparency
Annual Full Pay Range: $138,330 - $193,892 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).
Hourly Equivalent: $66.25 - $92.86
The compensation for this role is determined by experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. The annual full pay range may be broader than what is paid based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
