Job Summary and Responsibilities

Performs complete patient assessment.
Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan provision of patient care.
Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures, medications, and therapies.
Benefits
We are offering a sign‑on bonus up to $25,000 depending on shift. Additional pay is available for participation in the clinical ladder. Referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance are also offered.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire.
Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire.
Basic Life Support (CPR), within 30 days.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 90 days.

Pay Range
$32.38 – $43.68 per hour.
