We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. Full‑time, year‑round openings. Immediate hire is available.
We are currently seeking to hire the following: General laborers, framers, trim carpenters, and siders.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Restore damaged structures, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
Construct frames and other structural components.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
Proven experience in carpentry or a related field (minimum 1 year in carpentry including siding, decks, framing).
Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
