Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 2
Responsible for day‑to‑day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance as a junior‑level material handling technician on all equipment at the Salt Lake City, UT location.
Shift: 8‑12 hours, days currently pending. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $26.00 – $31.50 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
What You Will Do In This Role
Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring flawless operation.
Perform preventative maintenance routines, documentation and procedures.
Craft and close work orders in the asset management system with detailed data on labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Troubleshoot fundamental conveyance problems and deploy effective solutions.
Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
Respond to semi‑complex service calls, correcting equipment failures and faults.Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent experience; vocational‑technical training is helpful.
Experience lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds.
Ability to regularly bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
Occasional pushing and pulling wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds.
Demonstrate functional dexterity in both hands and wrists.
Ability to climb ladders and gangways without limitation.
Tolerance to work in conditions including small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, various temperatures, noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces.
Standing or walking for up to 10–12 hours.
Flexibility to cover multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
