RN Supervisor
Healthcare Facility in Southern GA, adult‑only primary care setting, is looking to hire an experienced RN Supervisor. Full time, immediate hire, day shift, 8‑hour shift, Monday‑Friday.
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 per year.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Must have an RN background.
Prior leadership experience required.
Experience in ER, PC, or acute care preferred.
BSN degree or ADN required.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
Responsible for the financial, clinical, and administrative human resources systems.
Cover for RN and LPN staff, including backup for the DON.
