100% Remote Overnight Neuroradiologist – Arizona
SMIL is seeking a full‑time overnight Neuroradiologist to join a dedicated team of 18 radiologists. The position offers flexible scheduling with a 7‑on/14‑off shift (10 pm – 7 am AZ Time) and 100% remote work. The role includes a varied case mix of Level 1 trauma, ER, inpatient, and outpatient imaging from multiple modalities, with the opportunity to moonlight during off‑weeks.

Position Summary
The overnight Neuroradiologist will interpret emergency, urgent‑care, and inpatient imaging studies for HonorHealth’s six hospitals (including three Level 1 trauma centers). Work involves CT, X‑ray, US, PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic. The position is 100% remote and supported by a locally‑managed AI‑enabled IT platform with 24/7 IT support and a dedicated communications team.

Responsibilities

Interpret emergency, urgent‑care, and inpatient imaging studies for a six‑hospital network, including trauma centers.

Not perform MRI, IR, or nuclear studies unless desired.

Adhere to a 7‑on/14‑off schedule, working nights 10 pm – 7 am (Arizona time).

Utilize PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic to maintain efficient, connected workflow across reporting, imaging, and clinical systems.

Provide complete, timely reports for all imaging studies.

Collaborate with local physicians and support teams to ensure quality patient care.

Participate in a partnership track and potential shareholder opportunities at SMIL Outpatient Imaging Centers.

Qualifications & Experience

Board‑eligible or board‑certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.

Neuroradiology fellowship required.

Clinical experience in emergency, urgent‑care, and inpatient neuroradiology preferred; CAQ certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary ranges from $500,000 to $600,000, with eligibility for annual discretionary bonuses and productivity incentives. Benefits include health, wellness, and telehealth options, a 401(k) plan, and additional benefits subject to eligibility. The role may qualify for a partnership track and share‑owning opportunities.
