Schedule
6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday on call and holiday rotation required to respond to after-hours facility needs.
Job Summary
Assists in the performance and documentation of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Minor maintenance, repairs, and CMMS documentation system administration are the primary duties. Assists the Facilities Department with plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and grounds. Schedules preventative and demand maintenance in CMMS program and monitors completion of documentation. Perform snow removal operations, including sidewalks, entrances, and designated areas to ensure safe access during winter conditions. Assist with pool maintenance, including routine check, cleaning, and equipment monitoring. Assist with equipment moves, setups, and minor construction projects. Perform basic troubleshooting of nurse call, lighting, and low-voltage systems. Support infection control practices (ICRA) during maintenance and construction activities. Perform door, hardware, and lock maintenance, including adjustments and minor repairs. Assist with furniture installation, casework adjustments, and minor carpentry tasks. Maintain inventory at a off site warehouse. Participate in department training and fire drills at multiple locations. Monitor and respond to Building Automation System (BAS) alarms. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical rooms, rooftops, and critical equipment. Assist with interim life safety measures (ILSM) during construction, shutdowns, or system impairments.

Regulatory Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent.
Valid State Driver's License
Any professional Licenses, not required but preferred (Freon, Electrical, Plumbing, ETC.)
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
Basic computer knowledge.
