Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends
1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:00PM
3rd Shift: 10:00PM to 6:00AM
Sign-on Bonus Incentive
We are providing a sign‑on bonus for every new hire starting as a Maintenance Electrician I at the McComb, OH facility. The payout is broken down as below:
Maintenance Electrician I: $3000k – 50% on 1st pay, 50% in 90 days
Job Responsibilities
The Maintenance Electrician's primary responsibilities are to repair, maintain and set‑up any and all production equipment as needed. Also, to apply all technical knowledge and experience to ensure that all repairs and set‑ups are performed in a safe and accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities
Perform set‑ups as per manufacturer's requirements
Plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment
Read and understand manufacturer's preventative maintenance recommendations
Perform production set‑ups and inspections in a timely manner
Maintain all necessary tools and equipment to perform the duties as assigned
Read and understand basic electrical schematics
Perform basic electrical jobs such as replace motors, switches and basic relay circuits
Someone who’s mechanically and electrically inclined
Troubleshoot PLCs

Education And/or Experience
Four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
