is seeking a talented and experienced
CNC Setup Machinist
in Lyndonville, VT.
If you have
2 years of experience
as a
CNC setup machinist , you are encouraged to apply for this position.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, multi-axis) for aerospace components
Read and interpret complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications
Install tooling, fixtures, and work holding; set tool offsets and machine parameters
Perform first article inspections and in-process checks to ensure tight tolerances
Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code) to optimize performance and accuracy
Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
Work with high-performance aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, aluminum)
Maintain strict compliance with aerospace quality systems and documentation (AS9100)
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives

Competitive pay:
Earn
$18-34/hr , plus a
$3,000 sign-on bonus . Top operators can earn up to
$70,000/year .

1st shift – Monday-Friday, 5:30am-3:00pm; 2nd shift – Monday-Thursday, 2:45pm-2:30am
