Factory Location
Breinigsville, PA (Allentown – West)

Compensation

$40.37 / hour, with a 0.50 cent increase at 90 days and a 0.50 increase at 180 days upon successful reviews.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.00 after 60 days of employment.

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked.

Schedule
Nights 2/2/3 rotation, 5:00 pm – 5:00 am. Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs.

Responsibilities

Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment.

Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic level and operator level positions.

Be familiar with operating all equipment, including normal running parameters and set points.

Execute work orders, including special projects, rebuilds, and installations when requested.

Work with a sense of urgency to repair and start up the line as quickly as possible.

Develop a working knowledge of basic maintenance principles.

Perform intermediate electrical troubleshooting.

Execute planned maintenance during scheduled stoppages, focusing on project work installation, tag closure, standard procedure creation, and work order execution.

Work with vendors as needed for start‑up, improvement, and modification of equipment.

Train operators on equipment standards and technical training modules as needed.

Understand equipment losses and develop plans to reduce downtime based on the highest loss machine per line.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training or certifications desired.

Three or more years of proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates must complete the Mechanical Aptitude Test before being considered.

Prior experience with high‑ and low‑pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, and boilers preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics, and water processing preferred.

Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs, and SAP system preferred.

Electrical knowledge of single and three‑phase power, including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motors.

Ability to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervision.

Ability to foster and build a team‑work environment.

Effective communication with operators, technicians, mechanics, and supervisors.

Ability to read, interpret, and analyze computer‑generated reports and accurately complete all tasks.

Physical ability to inspect equipment requiring climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead.

Ability to pass a Ramsay aptitude test.

Ability to lift and pull 50 lbs. as needed while performing work.

Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings/schematics and OEM technical prints.

Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications.

Availability for call‑ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required.

Work together with the Safety department to achieve a zero‑injury workplace.

Positive mental attitude and openness to a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment.

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service.
