Job Title
Leading Manufacturer in Gilbert Looking to Add Experienced CNC Operators
Salary: $25 – $35 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this permanent, full‑time position in the manufacturing industry, you will operate and program 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints or models.
Responsibilities
Programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines.
Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
Performing routine machine maintenance and repair.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues during the machining process.
Adhering to all safety protocols and workplace policies.
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.
Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in programming and operating 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC machines.
Strong mechanical skills and understanding of machining processes, tooling, and production layout.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with CNC tooling.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Commitment to quality work and continuous learning.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
