Practice Overview
This busy, private practice consists of two tenured orthopedic surgeons looking to add a third partner‑track physician due to continued growth and demand. The practice is affiliated with a leading regional health system, providing excellent resources and support while maintaining the autonomy and culture of a private group.
Position Highlights
Focus on Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement with shared general orthopedic call
Call schedule: 1:5 rotation with four other orthopedic surgeons
Clinic schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
One half‑day per week dedicated to administrative time
High‑volume practice: 25+ patients per full clinic day
Efficient clinical support including:
2 dedicated Medical Assistants (with plans to add a third)
3 fully equipped exam rooms
On‑site casting room
In‑house X‑ray suite with full‑time technician
Technology & Systems
EMR: CompuGroup Medical (CGM)
Compensation & Benefits

Requirements
Fellowship-trained in Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement
ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible
