Overview
Job Title: IRP-Physical Therapist
Department: Ambulatory Services | Healthy New Albany Physical Therapy
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient sports medicine rehabilitation for patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries as part of the Sports Medicine program.
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with state laws and professional standards; report to the rehabilitation team leader; supervise rehab assistants and athletic trainers as applicable within the patient care activities.
Practice within the Medical Center's policies and procedures and adhere to values reflected in patient/guest relations and goal setting.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Currently licensed in the state of Ohio as a Physical Therapist. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
All Physical Therapist team members must hold current licensure with the State of Ohio Physical Therapy.
