About The Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in supporting our orthodontists and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Taking patient x‑rays, impressions, and orthodontic records
Preparing patients and assisting the orthodontist during procedures
Bonding brackets and scanning images
Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing instruments and equipment
Maintaining accurate and organized patient records

Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
Proficiency in chairside and four‑handed dentistry
Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills
Active Texas RDA License
Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Positive, professional attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Warm, personable demeanor
Excellent multitasking abilities
Proactive and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs
Experience with model pouring and impressions
Familiarity with Open Dental software
Bilingual (is a plus)
