Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: 257 South Fair Oaks Ave Ste 120, Pasadena, CA 91105

Schedule: Monday & Thursday: 8:00 am- 7:00 pm; Wednesday & Friday: 7:00 am- 6:00 pm

Compensation: $82K-$99K/year (based on experience)

Incentives: $20K Sign-On Bonus + Monthly Student Loan Repayment Assistance + Relocation Assistance Available

Our patient population varies across all ages, ortho, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, industrial injured workers, weekend warriors and senior population as well. Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certification
