Role Responsibilities
Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in biological and chemical systems to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
Review complex biological datasets for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated hypotheses and solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, biostatistics, chemistry or related field.
3–8+ years of relevant research or industry experience.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Comfortable working across data analysis, modeling, and scientific reasoning.
Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
