Responsibilities
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) assesses and treats individuals with disorders associated with the voice, fluency, language, cognitive, communication, speech and swallowing.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree from an ASHA-accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology.

One or more years’ Speech Pathology experience, preferably with a geriatric population.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

State of Minnesota license in good standing.

CPR/First Aid certification through American Red Cross.

Hospice and Medicare Home Care: valid driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of valid insurance; reliable transportation.
