Pediatric EDDA | Simply Kids Dental At Simply Kids Dental, we do more than treat teeth; we shape experiences. As a Pediatric Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA), you play a critical role in making that happen. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our doctors and clinical team to deliver high‑quality restorative and preventive care in a way that is calm, efficient, and kid‑friendly. Your clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to connect with children will directly impact how families experience our practice. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values teamwork, and brings both professionalism and heart to their work every day.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional chairside care while creating a fun, reassuring experience for every patient.
Perform hygiene, sealants, and restorative procedures confidently and efficiently.
Take and process dental X‑rays with accuracy and care.
Maintain precise charting, records, and operatory organization.
Utilize dental software (Eaglesoft experience a plus).
Work collaboratively with our doctor and teammates to keep the day flowing smoothly.
Bring a positive attitude and steady professionalism to every interaction with patients, parents, and peers.
Qualifications
EDDA certification.
Completion of accredited dental assisting training preferred.
2+ years
of in‑office dental assisting experience.
Enthusiasm for working with kids and families.
Organized, reliable, and confident both independently and in a team.
Bilingual (Spanish)
preferred.
A quick learner with a passion for patient care and excellence.
$22 - $25 hourly
