Assembler
Location: Orange, VA
Pay Rate: $17.73 - $19.73 per hour
Shift: 7 am - 3 pm or 11 pm - 7 am
Key Responsibilities
Assemble machines and products using small hand tools and power tools.
Perform sub‑assembly operations, including the use of drill presses, hydraulic presses, and similar equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and printed assembly instructions.
Assemble purchased parts, electrical wiring, and circuits.
Conduct testing and inspection of finished products and accurately record results.
Complete additional duties as assigned by the production supervisor, including setup‑related tasks.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
Experience using measuring instruments.
Ability to maintain basic production records and reports.
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience highly preferred.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
Frequently lift 10–35 pounds.
