Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer Intern currently pursuing a B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering. This internship provides hands‑on experience with RF/Microwave hardware, MIC assemblies, and solid‑state power amplifier technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand theory of operation for solid‑state RF and microwave amplifiers.

Assist in tuning and testing MIC circuits (bias checks, S‑parameters, power sweeps, stability tests).

Analyze test data to identify performance, yield, or process improvement opportunities.

Support documentation, workflow optimization, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Assist in root‑cause investigations for test failures and help propose corrective actions.

Requirements

Pursuing B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Completed coursework in Electromagnetism, Operational Amplifiers, and Analog Circuits.

Familiarity with at least one programming language (C++, Python); LabVIEW is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Comfortable with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers.

Must meet the criteria of a "US Person" (including US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees, or refugees).
