Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with the requirements of the department and state nursing standards. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide comprehensive, compassionate care and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assess patients’ condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status.
Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and take appropriate action if an unintended response occurs.
Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate patient needs, and resolve issues.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side‑effects, and follow‑up, translating complex terminology into understandable language.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Nursing.
Valid RN license.
1 Year of RN experience required, Med‑Surg experience highly preferred.
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
