Position Summary
Radiology Partners, Indiana (NWIR) is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist for an onsite day position located in Lafayette, Indiana. The role requires reading 90–100% IR procedures and 0–10% general diagnostic studies. This is a 14‑on/14‑off or 7‑on/7‑off schedule, with 7 a.m.–4 p.m. shifts in the Central Time Zone. Lafayette offers proximity to Indianapolis (30–60 min) and Chicago (2 h), providing flexibility for residency options.

182 shifts per year, including on‑call
7 a.m.–4 p.m. Central Time
Approx. $3,500+ per shift
Competitive salary range: $650,000–$700,000
Up to $100,000 starting bonus and annual discretionary bonus

Clinical Responsibilities
Perform a wide spectrum of vascular and non‑vascular interventional procedures, including Y‑90 radioembolization, thrombectomy, tumor ablation, and other advanced interventions.
Maintain diagnostic skills through 0–10% general radiology readings.
Leverage Radiology Partners’ Mosaic AI Operating System to prioritize studies and improve workflow.
Support IR procedures with an IR PA for light cases.
Opportunity to develop and lead a Y‑90 program.
Qualifications
Board certified or Board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred.
Ability to obtain an Indiana medical license.
Strong communication and collaborative skills to support referring physicians.
Experience or willingness to lead a Y‑90 program.
New graduates and J‑1 candidates welcome.

The base salary ranges from $650,000 to $700,000, with final determination based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
