Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Paralegal position located in Austin, TX. The Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining detailed case files. We also need someone with experience in Federal Court Filings and procedures. Responsibilities include organizing and analyzing case information, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and providing direct communication with clients to address inquiries and offer updates. The role requires attention to detail in documentation and supporting attorneys with activities related to settling property insurance claims. We need a fully bilingual Spanish speaker to join our team. This position is not hybrid.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation
Proficiency in Document Review and organization
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to conduct thorough Research to support case strategy
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Proficiency in legal software and tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
Experience in property insurance law or related fields is advantageous
