Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Assistant
Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Assistant to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire position, offering a great opportunity for long-term employment with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing daily maintenance operations of apartment communities.
Help supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance staff.
Ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Handle troubleshooting and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Assist with preventive maintenance and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards.
Requirements
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification preferred.
EPA Certification required (Universal certification).
1+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on supervisory or assistant roles.
Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Must have own tools and transportation.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
