Position Overview
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems for commercial and residential clients. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and products.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Advise clients on HVAC system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; certification or associate's degree in HVAC technology preferred.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other related systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
