Job Title: Manufacturing Technical Specialist - Expert (Swing Shift)
Position Details
100% onsite at 1400 Fountain Grove Parkway; Santa Rosa, CA 95403.
Work Schedule/Hours: Swing Shift: Monday thru Friday, 2 PM - 10:30 PM (PST).
Contract Duration: 23-months contract.
ITAR Clearance.
While working directly with others and assisting production processes, must adhere to all Safety and ESD requirements and processing needs by following documentation and instructions to consistently produce quality PCB rework and modifications. Under general supervision and working from standardized manuals and procedures is responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex duties within a manufacturing environment. Assist with first-level troubleshooting and implementing corrective action and process improvement as necessary.
Responsibilities
Interface with cross‑functional Engineering teams and provide general production support.
Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering and provide constructive and collaborative feedback.
Lead communication and provide updates on daily activities to the entire team.
Manage, create and document Root Cause Analysis providing feedback to engineering.
Collaborate during New Project, Transfer, and Product meetings.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent) is required.
3 to 5 years’ experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners throughout the manufacturing process.
Must be able to perform troubleshooting down to the component level.
Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.
Desired Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting and remote control of test & measurement equipment.
A solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory.
Growth mindset.
Understanding of the Product Lifecycle.
Hands on assembly experience.
RF and Microwave technical knowledge.
Pay Transparency
This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this position is $29.35 - $29.35/hour W‑2.
