
Civil (Structural) Engineering Project Engineer

We’re a small, hands‑on engineering firm with two licensed PEs looking for an entry‑level Civil Engineer with an interest in structural design to join our team and grow with us.
We specialize in structural design for residential and light commercial projects, and you’ll work directly with both PEs from day one. This role is ideal for someone who wants real mentorship, practical experience, and a clear path toward becoming a licensed PE.
What you’ll do
Draft and design structural systems
Perform engineering calculations and assist with analysis
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
Support projects from concept through construction
Gradually take on project leadership as your experience grows
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
EIT certification
Coursework in Timber Design (seismic coursework strongly preferred)
Motivated to start or advance your engineering career
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
