Job Description
The role is for Middleware Support Engineer focused on supporting and maintaining middleware integration platforms, specifically Apache Camel K based integrations. The role requires 8 10 years of experience in middleware platform support and integration engineering, with hands‑on knowledge of Apache Camel K, Kubernetes/OpenShift, incident management, root cause analysis, monitoring tools (such as Prometheus and Grafana), and deployment/release support.
Mandatory Skills
Apache Camel K, Kubernetes
Key Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day operational support of Camel K integration components, monitoring workloads and handling incidents
Performing root cause analysis and corrective actions
Assisting with deployment, patching, and maintenance
Collaborating closely with onsite architects and development teams
Maintaining support documentation, runbooks, and incident logs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with event‑driven platforms (Kafka, ActiveMQ)
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong communication and coordination skills for onsite collaboration
