About the Role
As an Appliance Delivery & Installation Associate, you are a key part of the customer experience. You’ll deliver and install appliances in customers’ homes while representing Village Home Stores with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, being on the move, and taking pride in doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities
Safely deliver appliances to customer homes and job sites
Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
Ensure proper handling and protection of products, homes, and job sites
Communicate clearly with customers during delivery and installation
Review delivery paperwork and confirm accuracy of orders
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams on deliveries and schedules
Troubleshoot basic installation issues and communicate next steps when needed
Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working condition
Provide a professional and respectful experience in every home
Assist with warehouse tasks and loading/unloading as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift and move heavy appliances with appropriate equipment (100+ lbs with team support)
Comfort working in homes, construction sites, and varied conditions
Good communication and customer service skills
Mechanical aptitude or installation experience preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work as part of a team and stay organized throughout the day
