Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline

Functional application of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques in an Assembly or Delivery Operations environment; which could include production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning

Experience managing metrics and reporting tools to ensure elements of cost, schedule, quality, safety, and workforce are designed into the production decisions and forecasts

Job Description
F-35 Final Assembly - Manages the analysis and design of the sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities, equipment layouts, and the establishment of methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.

Position will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key deliverables pertaining to schedule management, cost control, cost reduction, capacity/resource planning, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, monitors the development and implementation plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Desired Skills

Prior leadership or technical lead experience

Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

Project management experience

Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)

Experience working with Manufacturing Systems; which could include SAP, SFM, CAPP, or ECM.

Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

Data analytics processes and tools experience: Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, SQL, R, Cobra, Python, Tableau.
