Onsite IT Technician & Field Support

Mass General Brigham (Enterprise Services) is looking for a candidate to manage and support a wide range of technical systems and equipment in Salem, Massachusetts. Responsibilities include transporting, setting up, and maintaining technical equipment, providing customer service for technical issues, and ensuring secure operations. A High School Diploma is required along with customer service experience. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. This is an onsite position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
