Description
Silverton Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care and oversee resident well-being in our long-term care setting.
What You’ll Do
Provide and coordinate exceptional resident care
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Develop and document individualized care plans
Communicate with physicians and resident families
Supervise staff and respond to medical emergencies
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to resident rights, confidentiality, and quality care
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Background check clearance required prior to resident contact.

Requirements
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.
Licenses/Certification
Current RN Licensure in the State employed.
Valid CPR Certification.
Experience
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
