Overview
Part‑time and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus, and this position is also referral eligible. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role.
Join our OBGYN Ambulatory Clinic, where RNs provide compassionate, specialized care to women across all stages of life in a supportive outpatient setting. In this role you will partner closely with providers to deliver prenatal care, patient education, and clinical support while building meaningful, long‑term patient relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs seeking purposeful work, clinical variety, and the stability of an ambulatory schedule.
Qualifications
Associate of Nursing (ASN) required; Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; candidates without accreditation may be considered if they possess more than two years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association required.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction may be required.
Awareness and understanding of the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
