Lab Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN. Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour. Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Tuesday - Friday.
This Lab Technician role involves supporting production operations, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
Prior lab, quality, or manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic computer and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Steel-toe/composite-toe boots (ankle-high preferred)
required
Test finished products, raw materials, and incoming goods for quality and chemical properties
Record and analyze data using statistical quality control methods
Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with standards
Calibrate lab equipment on a scheduled basis
Assist Production Manager with work orders and scheduling paperwork
Support ISO audits and maintain compliance
