Responsibilities

Carry out basic molecular biology and biochemistry experiments
Prepare and analyze DNA, RNA and chromatin from cell subsets
Design and carry out CRISPR‑Cas9‑mediated genome editing in cell lines and mice
Maintain critical mouse strains for studies
Prepare and submit manuscripts for publication and make recommended revisions
Produce research reports, train staff, and regularly communicate results to staff and collaborators
Qualifications

Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related scientific discipline
Minimum of 5 years of research experience including CRISPR‑Cas9 gene editing technology
Experience working with and maintaining mouse strains for studies
