Restorative Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Monday‑Friday, full‑time. Sign‑on bonus: $15,000.
Location: Lineville Health and Rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating and implementing a restorative nursing program.
Work with the therapy team to carry out individualized restorative plans.
Monitor and document resident progress.
Support and guide CNAs in restorative care techniques.
Assist with care planning and interdisciplinary communication.
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and documentation.
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Long‑term care or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Interest or experience in restorative nursing is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for improving resident outcomes.
