What You’ll Do
Lead grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design
Produce and review Civil 3D construction plans
Coordinate with agencies and multidisciplinary teams
Oversee reports, submittals, and QA/QC
Mentor junior staff and support project delivery
What You Bring
BS in Civil Engineering
EI required; PE (or in progress) preferred
3-6 years of land development experience
Strong Civil 3D skills
Colorado project experience
Proven ownership mindset and technical leadership
