Responsibilities
Coordinate daily staffing and workflow
Follow direction from the Production Supervisor
Monitor production output, scrap, and downtime
Verify job standards and report defects
Maintain accurate production documentation
Assist with training and process audits
Promote teamwork, communication, and safety
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Less than 1 year experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Physical & Work Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
Repetitive typing/writing
Exposure to extreme temperatures
