Portico PM is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Avilla Oakridge in Forney, TX. This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical integrity and ensuring resident satisfaction. Key responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining common areas, and ensuring all work meets Portico quality standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and preferably possess EPA and CPO certifications.
