We are hiring for a Parts Counterperson at Car Quest in Langhorne, PA.

What You’ll Do
Offer customers prompt and friendly service, both in person and over the phone.
Maintain an organized work space and counter for retail customers.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions made over the phone.
Monitor special order parts through the CarQuest system.
Use all options to locate parts for customers as needed.
Assist customers over the phone and in person.
Pick product from the warehouse to fulfill customer needs.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
At least one year of Parts Counter experience preferred.
Good customer service skills.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Automotive knowledge is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical requirements: Some lifting required.
Summary
Shifts: Full time 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m. M–F and 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Saturdays.
