Job Title: Facilities / Maintenance Technician
Location: Onsite (5 days per week)

Responsibilities
Perform daily trash removal and general property cleanup
Operate leaf blowers and maintain exterior cleanliness
Handle seasonal duties including snow plowing and salting
Assist with landscaping tasks such as trimming, mulching, and general grounds maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance and minor repairs (lighting, HVAC checks, odds-and-ends repairs)
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Support additional facility needs as they arise
Qualifications
Previous experience in facilities maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field preferred
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic knowledge of building systems (lighting, HVAC, general repairs)
Strong work ethic with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
Growth mindset with willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Additional Requirements
Must pass a clean background check
Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided; company vehicle available for certain tasks)
Compensation & Benefits
