Job Overview
Vacuum Form Process Technician oversees all tasks associated with the vacuum forming machines and all other related equipment.
Responsibilities
Installing the correct molds/inserts into the correct machines
Prepping materials for production
Cleaning machine; putting all tools away after changeover
Using the correct tools for the job
Answering machine alarms
Identifying and reporting issues and potential issues to the Plant Manager
Fixing part defects
Fixing machine faults
Adding oil and lubricating fluid to machines as needed
Complying with all company policies and procedures: see Employee Handbook
Providing support to meet department and company objectives
Communicating effectively and respectfully with machine operators, Quality, Shift Supervisors, Plant Manager, and all other employment contacts
