Panther Industries (ID Technology) is seeking a summer intern to assist with various assembly and engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Assembly:
Gain basic experience with assembly operations
Read schematics and drawings
Build equipment and engage with all aspects of the manufacturing process
Engineering:
Help create schematics and drawings
Support equipment design and enhancements
Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials)
Create and edit engineering documentation required to support the construction and installation of packaging lines
Assist with troubleshooting machinery on the shop floor
Job Requirements
STEM school student or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Engineering program
Attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take direction and work with a team
What’s in it for you
Starting salary range for this role is $18.00–$23.00 per hour depending on experience. Compensatiion includes salary, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, life insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. You are eligible for benefits on your first day of employment. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
