Construction Services Coordinator
Ox Exteriors, Hendersonville, TN, United States
Production Coordinator
Hendersonville, TN — On-site | Full-Time $40,000 — $60,000 | Performance Bonus Eligible | Monday — Friday
The Company
We are a fast-growing, turnkey exterior construction company serving residential and commercial builders across the Southeast. Our scope covers siding, roofing, gutters, and motorized screens — and we have recently expanded into multiple new markets with major regional builders. Our operations move fast and our team needs to move with them.
We are adding a third Production Coordinator to our team as our volume continues to grow. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, stays organized under pressure, and does not need to be told twice.
The Role
This is not a desk job. On any given day you may be in the warehouse organizing inventory, making a supply run, processing a vendor return, or working through Job Nimbus communications and purchase orders back at the office. The common thread is that things need to move — materials, information, and resolutions — and you are the person making that happen.
This position carries a primary focus on inventory management and vendor coordination, while also supporting the broader operations team across scheduling, field communication, and administrative tasks as needed. If you thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping the operation running cleanly behind the scenes, this role was built for you.
What You Will Do
Inventory and Vendor Management
Track, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels across the office and warehouse
Coordinate material orders by gathering purchase orders from vendor portals and ensuring timely fulfillment
Manage vendor returns — initiating, documenting, and following through on return resolutions from start to finish
Develop and maintain working relationships with suppliers to support competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines
Conduct regular follow-ups with vendors to confirm delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies quickly
Operations Support
Support scheduling and coordination for field operations to ensure materials and information are where they need to be
Facilitate communication between the office and field teams to keep projects aligned and moving
Assist with purchase order management, delivery tracking, and supplier documentation
Identify workflow bottlenecks and flag them to leadership — you are expected to notice problems, not just respond to them
Administrative and System Support
Maintain organized records of purchase orders, deliveries, returns, and supplier interactions
Utilize Job Nimbus and Dropbox to track project-related materials and communications
Generate basic reports and updates as needed to keep the operations team informed
Who You Are
Required:
Detail-oriented and organized — you track things, follow up, and close the loop without being asked
Adaptable and self-directed — equally comfortable in a warehouse, behind a desk, or making a supply run, and you manage your time well across all of it
A strong communicator — with vendors, field teams, and internal staff, you are clear and professional
Proficient with basic computer tools — email, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn platforms like Job Nimbus and Dropbox quickly
Valid driver’s license required — local driving is a regular part of this role
Able to perform light lifting, bending, and physical tasks in a warehouse environment as needed
Preferred but Not Required
1+ year of experience in a construction, trades, supply chain, or operations environment
Experience with vendor management, purchasing, or inventory tracking
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $40,000 — $60,000, commensurate with experience
Performance bonus eligible
Health insurance eligibility
7 PTO days + 8 paid holidays after probationary period
Monday — Friday, day shift
Career growth opportunity with a fast-expanding company
Equal Opportunity Employer
