
Wire Harness Design Engineer

We’re looking for a Wire Harness Design Engineer to join a fast-moving engineering team supporting cutting-edge electrical systems development. If you’re experienced with harness design tools and enjoy working hands‑on from concept through build, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Develop wire harness designs from system architecture diagrams, including detailed point-to-point signal mapping
Create schematics and form boards to support production and build activities
Partner closely with technicians to troubleshoot builds and resolve design issues in real time
Make updates and revisions to existing harness designs as requirements evolve
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure accuracy, functionality, and integration of designs
What You Bring
3-5 years of proven experience with Zuken E3 (must be able to contribute immediately; no training provided) THIS IS A MUST
Strong background in electrical/wire harness design
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with broader engineering goals
Nice to Have
Experience in fast-paced, evolving development environments
Familiarity with additional electrical design tools or related systems
