Sunol Creek in Pleasanton, CA, an Agemark Senior Living community, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to create meaningful experiences and memorable moments for our residents. Responsibilities

Design Fun & Engaging Activities: Plan and lead events, games, and programs that encourage participation and joy.

Build Personal Connections: Learn residents’ stories, hobbies, and passions to create personalized experiences.

Support Your Team: Jump in wherever needed to help staff and make the community feel like home.

Plan Outings & Adventures: Organize trips and excursions to engage residents with the wider community.

Drive Residents Safely: Operate our community vehicles for outings and appointments (training provided).

Use Technology to Engage: Share activities and community highlights via social media and internal platforms.

Lead with Compassion: Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and care in every interaction.

Weekends Required: Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat; driving a small passenger van required. No special license needed.

Comfortable learning to drive a passenger van and transporting residents safely.

Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Additional Requirements

Minimum age 21.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than two violations in the past year).
