Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Associate Manager, Contract Manufacturing! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location
We're all about flexibility. This will be a remote role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA. We are open to remote candidates.

A Day in the Life...

Support innovation process and new item commercialization, from co‑man sourcing and qualification to launch and ongoing production

Negotiate costs for products with existing and new co‑man partners; participate in the AOP process to ensure accurate planning

Lead business and score‑card reviews with co‑man partners, covering fulfillment, cost, quality, and other relevant metrics

Identify and execute cost savings opportunities within the co‑manufacturing space, including RFPs, process/material changes, and cost negotiations

Work cross‑functionally with planning, marketing, sales, FSQA, R&D, finance, etc., acting as liaison with external manufacturing partners to deliver against business needs

This role requires up to 30% of domestic travel. International travel may be possible based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For
Required

Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross‑functional and external partners

Experience in CPG manufacturing w/knowledge of manufacturing processes

Preferred

Experience in CPG food and beverage

Contract negotiation

Project management

Physical Requirements

Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Requires the ability to drive in a car for long distances or extended periods of time.

Requires the ability to travel by plane on a frequent basis.

Education
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience
At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary
$78,600 - $108,130
