
Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
Lead all on-site construction activities
Ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards
Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and updated drawings
Chair weekly subcontractor meetings and coordinate field efforts
Safety & Compliance
Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
Maintain site‑specific safety documentation and ensure subcontractor compliance
Actively model and enforce proper PPE and jobsite protocols
Scheduling & Coordination
Monitor lead times, material deliveries, and subcontractor workflow
Assist in buyout and submittal tracking
Quality Assurance
Conduct QA/QC checks throughout all phases of the build
Manage preconstruction meetings, mock‑ups, and closeout inspections
Ensure all work aligns with codes, plans, and specifications
Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in wood‑frame multi‑family commercial construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
Proficient with MS Office, Procore, and construction management software
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications required
Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, climb, and navigate active construction sites
Must have good vision, hearing, and general physical endurance
Occasional lifting and use of ladders or scaffolding may be required
