TEKsystems is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives to support a client based in Albany, NY. The position offers a hybrid schedule and upward career mobility.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls in a call center environment while working between multiple computer monitors.

Update customer information in the company database.

Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

Recent customer service experience preferred (call center or retail).

Strong computer skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong communication skills.

Job Details

Contract to Hire position based in Albany, NY.

Hybrid schedule.

Hours: 9:15 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.

Pay: $18.00 /hr.
