Warehouse Associate
Location: Irving, TX
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or until job completion.
Role Summary
As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment. This active, high‑energy role values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you’re pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment, your work makes a real impact and produces results.

$1,000 sign‑on bonus just for joining the team
Paid $500 after 6 months and another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment
Key Responsibilities
Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
Stack, wrap, load, and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
Required Qualifications
18 years of age or older
Strong experience operating the Reach Truck and Cherry Picker
Experience in stock put‑away (Big Zone products)
Able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently
Comfortable working on your feet all day; standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
Able to work at heights up to 40 feet without issue
Desired Qualities
Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
Strong work ethic and reliability; show up on time
Willingness to work in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
Forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience
